Bullying is a very difficult behavior to deal with, but it should never be dealt with the way it was here - assuming the allegations are true. There may be another side of the story, but an administration that takes no action against the perpretators, ignores everything said by educational personnel, ignores what the Court says, and in the end tries to punish the victim for not coming to school, has clearly handled the situation ineffectively.
